. After losing 25 kilos there was the stubborn fat left that I couldn’t reduce. So I decided to get an arm liposuction procedure. 

Measurement before: 29 cm

     I made a call to Rovl Avenue clinic to make an appointment and came there on the next day.

     Managers were so kind and polite, they explained me everything I wanted to hear. I considered getting only 360 arm liposuction but manager

suggested me to get an armpit area as well so that we would get the better result. I agreed and after few days that was my the surgery day.

 . If only you could know how terrified I was. That was my the first surgery experience. All I wanted is to fall asleep faster and wake up with my new hands ahah))

  So what’s happened. I woke up after the surgery and was really surprised that I didn’t feel any pain. I relaxed a little and left the clinic.

 Тhe most interesting thing happened on the day 2. I felt a heavy pain, the same one that all we feel after working out. That was difficult to handle. On the third day I felt much better, but still that wasn’t comfortable to sleep.

  Аfter one week just a little pain left, it didn’t disturb me. My arms were full of bruises as I have a very sensitive skin. As I know this is a common side effect after this procedure.

    What a big difference! I’m so happy and it made me much more confident!

    Тoday: my arm is 23,5 and it’s not the final result I know)
